Willie, to us, as a
rose-bud was given;
Snapp'd from his parent-stem, planted in Heaven;
Oh,
keenly, how keenly, the loss do we feel,
Yet know there is balm in Gilead to
heal.
Thou art with the loving angels
In that bright, bright world above,
Singing glory to thy Savior,
Filled with everlasting love.
